"As Worshipful Master for 2006, I sincerely welcome you to the
web pages for Fort Valley Lodge # 110.
Within
this site and our forums you will find information
about:
- General Masonic Information.
- Fort Valley Lodge #110 - details to acquaint you with our local brotherhood.
- Exciting upcoming activities - both within the 12th Masonic District and statewide.
- Lodge newsletters - and lots of other valuable information.
I welcome you and appreciate your interest in our Lodge--a truly "working
Lodge" in every aspect of the term.
We are dedicated to the principles of Brotherly Love, Morality and Relief.
To explain:
- Brotherly Love--in
my Masonic travels I have found few Lodges who demonstrate the sincerity
and Masonic fellowship that our Lodge possesses.
- Morality--we
have Brethren totally committed to the highest principles of Masonry
in the truly working aspects of this concept.
- Relief--in
our active role in the community, Fort Valley Lodge # 110 supports
many local activities through monetary contributions, active service
and community development.
I know this sounds as if our Lodge is "SPECIAL" and
that is exactly the feeling I want to convey! We are a small rural Lodge,
but we are also a Brotherhood of hard-working individuals from all walks
of life. To experience this truly unique organization, I invite you to
one of our meetings. They're held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday in downtown
Fort Valley, Georgia. Dinner starts at 6:30pm, followed by our meeting
at 7:30pm. I look forward to seeing you there."
- Phil Wyatt, WM, Fort Valley Lodge #110
